Quality Bookkeeping Cleanup Disclosures

How these pages get written

Pages on this site are researched from the practice's own work and Texas sources, drafted with software assistance, and reviewed under the practice's editorial standards. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it. These pages grow out of the cleanup we do with owners who were told the books were already finished. Call if a line is wrong. We delete the wrong sentence and write the right one where it stood.

The five rows on the home are rules we use with owners. They are not a survey and they do not promise your file will pass. We never invent a dollar to make a miss look sized. The unmatched deposit drawn on these pages leaves the amount off on purpose, and the drawing is a composite rather than anyone's file.

What a sentence on this site has to survive

Where a number is allowed to come from

A printed figure has to name the person or the agency that published it. Market totals keep the name of the company that released them. Statutes are pointed at by section number. Memory, with no page behind it, never becomes a figure on this site.

The three looks before a page is public

We read each figure next to the source named with it. We read each claim about our work next to the limit further down this page. We read each example against one ban. Client results stay off the page unless written permission exists and every identifying detail has been stripped. Shapes on these pages are structure only. Client figures are absent, and an example is not a promise that your month will look the same.

When a line is wrong

The fix is made on the page that carried the error. A wrong figure is swapped for the right one or removed entirely. We do not sand it down into a softer claim. The phone call is the edit.

The stop on this practice

Steven Palmieri is a Tax CFO. Publishing this site does not make the practice a CPA firm, and a CPA license is not held here. Five rows that pass are something you can test yourself. An audit, a review, a compilation, and a certified statement are different work, and they are not what a pass produces. A lender who needs a signed report hears that before any cleanup invoice, and we name a licensed firm able to sign.

You choose the company that moves the money on payday. We map that setup with you and we stop at the map. Payday itself is not run here. Exams and appeals are outside the offer. If the state writes, we collect the records and work through the document list next to you.

Three kinds of help sit on this side of the line: preparing the return, advising an owner on how to run the business, and preparing statements that stop short of a report. Anything that offers assurance stays with license holders, and that includes the audit, the review, the compilation, and a report that speaks assurance. The boundary is that short.

The federal return is a different document from the month that closed. We keep those two readings in the same file, and we say which one a sentence is about.

Beside that statute sits a practice rule. A month that is still open will not be given a monthly read here. We close that month before any monthly read begins, or we decline the work and tell you that path in plain words before you are asked to commit.

Who you reach

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas.

The number to call is +1 844-324-7273, repeated under every page. Month and return are prepared by the same people.

Street and email are both absent from these pages on purpose. Structured data on the page says nothing a reader cannot already see in the words.

More than one front door

The practice keeps separate sites because owners show up with different jobs. A late return and a monthly close deserve pages written for each of those jobs. The people and the phone do not change from door to door. No link goes from here to a sibling site.

Why the five rows exist

A cleanup can be called finished while the bank still misses a deposit, a holding account still has a balance, the return and the books disagree with nothing written down, owner spending sits in expenses, or a filed year has no closing date. These pages are here so you can see that before the rest of an invoice is paid. A failed row means the rest of that invoice is not owed. A passed set means the next month can be expected by the tenth and kept shut. Sales tax the state already holds can be faced from the same file, and no rate is printed here.

Reading the rows costs nothing. Running them on your file is the offer. Pay, set the tenth, or stop. Each of those is a real ending.
